Tool Room Facilities & Capabilities

At R K Polymer, we  ensure the Design & manufacturing of International Quality molds to meet our customers specific requirements including in Aerospace molded parts.

The Tool Designs are prepared based on customer specific requirements, with the use of the latest CAD 3D software (AutoCAD & UG NX).

We are also into Product design using reverse engineering technology.

Manufacturing our tools In-House ensures high quality tooling’s, designed to ensure long life, & low production downtimes, apart from the ability to turn around the tools in short lead times.

Different grades of Steel like Uddeholm Orvar Supreme, Stavax, Impax Supreme, HSS, H-11 ,H-13 , EN– series  are used for making Toolings.

We are also into CNC Turning / VMC Machining  of Vespel, PEEK, SS, Aluminum, Copper & Brass etc.

Tool History Cards are maintained for every mold/tool producing parts, to  monitor the tool life & maintenance, to ensure consistency in the quality of moldings produced.
